How to Order

1. Upload your logo, artwork, or design.
2. Enter any special instructions.
3. Select your patch color and quantity.
4. We'll engrave your patch and prepare it for shipment.

Heat Press Application Instructions

Recommended Settings (Lonestar Adhesive):

• Temperature: 300°F
• Time: 40–50 seconds
• Pressure: Medium-Firm

1. Preheat your heat press to 300°F.
2. Position patch where desired.
3. Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.
4. Press for 40–50 seconds using medium-firm pressure.
5. Allow patch to cool completely before handling.
6. If needed, repress for an additional 10–15 seconds.

Hat Press Settings (Recommended):

• Top Platen: 280°F
• Bottom Platen: 400°F
• Time: 45 seconds
• Pressure: Medium

Important Information

• Upload the highest quality artwork possible.
• Simple, bold designs engrave best.
• Colors in uploaded images do not affect engraving results.
• Proofs/mockups are available upon request.
• Turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
• Patches are made to order.

Application Disclaimer

For best results, use a commercial heat press. Household irons, Cricut EasyPresses, and similar devices may not provide sufficient pressure for a permanent bond.
