Refund policy

At Pressed by Faith, all items are made to order. Many products are customized specifically for each customer, which means we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom text
• Business logos
• Team apparel
• Personalized names or numbers
• Custom design requests

Because these items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started.

Please review all spelling, sizing, colors, and design details carefully before placing your order.

Order Errors or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Sizing

We provide sizing information whenever possible. Because items are made to order, Pressed by Faith is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Production & Processing Time

All items are produced after purchase. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and material availability.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee when possible.

Shipping

Pressed by Faith is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. Any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
