Thank you for supporting Pressed by Faith! Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order. Our current turnaround time (TAT) is 10–20 business days depending on order size, customization requirements, and current order volume.

Bulk orders, wholesale orders, and highly customized items may require additional production time.

Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the current production timeline.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays

Pressed by Faith is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pressed by Faith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, customers will receive a notification when their order is ready.
